RETURN POLICY

In case you receive a merchandise product that is damaged at the time of delivery, please contact our Customer Service department by calling us at (+63)915-3278-701 or message us on our contact page.
Please DO NOT return any merchandise product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.
Return requests should be made within 12 hours of receival of the product.
Since it's the case of perishable goods, if the reason for return is genuine and the fault is from our side, AtHome Online Store will replace the item in the next delivery or we will issue a refund through your AtHome E-Wallet which you can be use as payment on your next purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our policy lasts seven (7) days. If seven (7) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than seven (7) days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your AtHome E-Wallet or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message at our contact us page or send your item to:
